Team Fees
Regular 65.0 per player + 2.5 Processing Fee
Uniform Fee 10.0 (payable by captain)
Free Agent Fees
Regular 75.0 + 2.5 Processing Fee

This is for Division 1 - High Level Players... The top 8 Teams from Fall will be moved over and we will take on one more team to make it even 8 or more. Drop Dead Deadline is 3/9/2013. No Exceptions

We will be playing at Patterson Park Utz Field with some game rotation at Bonvegna Field in Canton.

Team Fee for New Teams that Include Shirts and referee fees is $1078. Roster must have at least 14 people in order to cover admin costs, rentals, and ref fees.

$65 returning player no shirt. Plus $2.50 Processing Fee .. $75 Player with Shirt plus $2.50 Processing Fee. Late sign-ups will be refunded any missed games once they are assigned.

1. Shinguards are required!

2. Minimum of 7 with  1 Girl to start the game so we can avoid a forfeit

3. If you don't have enough players within 10 minutes of game clock, team is forfeited and assessed $50 forfeit fee. 

4. No refunds of any kind once season has begun unless a Free Agent has not been placed.
